This morning a friend invited Josiah (and I) to come with them to the Children’s Museum.<\/p>\n

Zeke and Josiah. They’re the same age and had a ton of fun together!<\/p><\/div>\n

I don’t recall ever going before so I wasn’t sure what to expect–but it’s super fun! \u00a0There are a variety of rooms (large and small) on 4 different floors set up with activity stations that the kids just “play” with. \u00a0I can’t remember everything, but here are a few that I remember: \u00a0there was a grocery store room where you can shop and use the register to buy things, a color blending room when you look at combining colors and creating shadows, an ant display where you get to go through tunnels like an ant, a water area where you work with boats and currents and hydraulic power and a conveyer belt area where you get to load and unload boxes and get them to different areas. \u00a0At first Josiah was a little bit unsure about what he should be doing, but it only took about 15 min. or so before he had totally warmed up to the place and was excitedly trying all the stations. \u00a0It was really fun.<\/p>\n

Can you sense his sheer joy? He loved it! (He even got to wear a rain coat at this station!)<\/p><\/div>\n
