{"id":10338,"date":"2016-03-17T16:48:43","date_gmt":"2016-03-17T21:48:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amadeusacademy.com\/family\/?p=10338"},"modified":"2016-03-17T16:48:43","modified_gmt":"2016-03-17T21:48:43","slug":"the-good-news-the-bad-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/friesens.inkingmythinking.com\/?p=10338","title":{"rendered":"The good news, the bad news"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The good news:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I made it through another contest weekend.<\/li>\n<li>Everything went well. \u00a0Not perfect, but well.<\/li>\n<li>We were able to enjoy a nice family dinner together on Monday night so the kids could finally see me. \u00a0(we went to Chinese!)<\/li>\n<li>Everyone is on the mend. \u00a0Medicine is awesome.<\/li>\n<li>My tooth hasn&#8217;t been bothering me as much.<\/li>\n<li>I never did get the fever or throw-up sick that was infesting everyone.<\/li>\n<li>The piano tuner is coming tomorrow!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The bad news:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I did end up getting a nasty cold over the weekend. \u00a0It made me have coughing fits&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>We ended up having to take Josiah in to the doctor bright and early on Monday morning because he was up most of the night crying about ear pain&#8230; turned out to be an ear infection virus that just had to run its course.<\/li>\n<li>My dentist appointment was cancelled on Tuesday morning and moved to (get this!)
