{"id":13239,"date":"2018-11-26T16:23:50","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T22:23:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amadeusacademy.com\/family\/?p=13239"},"modified":"2018-11-26T16:23:50","modified_gmt":"2018-11-26T22:23:50","slug":"delightful-thanksgiving-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/friesens.inkingmythinking.com\/?p=13239","title":{"rendered":"Delightful Thanksgiving Weekend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We had a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoyed Thanksgiving Day (and a yummy meal) at Baker&#8217;s house<\/li>\n<li>Talked with my Mom on the phone on Thanksgiving<\/li>\n<li>Went Black Friday shopping with Chloe, Maddie and Jennifer.\u00a0 We only got a couple of things, but it was fun.<\/li>\n<li>Set up our Christmas decorations (minus the tree) while watching White Christmas.\u00a0 The kids are getting more and more helpful with setting up the decorations&#8211;it takes half the time it used to!\u00a0 We&#8217;re waiting on the Christmas tree because I think we&#8217;re going to put it in the waiting room again this year.<\/li>\n<li>Went on a Date with Tim to dinner and a movie on Saturday!!\u00a0 We went to see the new Fantastic Beasts (Harry Potter) movie.\u00a0 It was excellent.<\/li>\n<li>Played Chinese Checkers with Chloe and Josiah while eating root beer floats.<\/li>\n<li>Had our church gang over on Sunday&#8211;before the game, since it didn&#8217;t start until 7:30&#8211;for an early supper and basically just to hang out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We had a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend: Enjoyed Thanksgiving Day (and a yummy meal) at Baker&#8217;s house Talked with my Mom on the phone on Thanksgiving Went Black Friday shopping with Chloe, Maddie and Jennifer.\u00a0 We only got a couple of things, but it was fun.
