It’s hard to believe a week ago I was at wits end with the potty training thing.\u00a0 I can’t believe how far Chloe has come in just a week and a day.\u00a0 She has now advanced to using the big toilet (without the insert) and can hold herself up.\u00a0\u00a0 She can also use restrooms at restaurants and stores.\u00a0 She tells us when she has to go without us having to remind her too often.\u00a0 And most importantly…. (drum roll please) she finally went #2 on the toilet today! \u00a0 This is a huge deal.\u00a0 Tim didn’t want to say she was officially potty trained until she had done that…\u00a0\u00a0 so yippie!!!<\/p>\n
In other news I’m suddenly realizing how my vacation is quickly slipping by.\u00a0 I can’t believe we’re already into my second week of vacation!\u00a0 I spent today getting minor stuff done–I have a huge list of odds and ends to wrap up.\u00a0 Tomorrow I have big plans of meeting up with Shannon for lunch which I am super excited about.\u00a0 Then this weekend I’m meeting up with some high school friends (Sat) and having the Fritz Christmas (Sun).\u00a0 So many fun things!<\/p>\n
Today Tim started working on his new Train Station that I got him for Christmas.\u00a0 Well, in all fairness he ended up buying it himself for himself from me, but you know what I mean.\u00a0 Tim said the model is a bit labor intensive… See the box on the arm of the couch?\u00a0 Yeah, that’s what it’s going to become.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 After many<\/span> hours of intricate glue work and being careful not to lose any pieces!<\/p>\n
