{"id":2399,"date":"2010-12-30T22:31:37","date_gmt":"2010-12-31T04:31:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amadeusacademy.com\/family\/?p=2399"},"modified":"2010-12-30T22:31:37","modified_gmt":"2010-12-31T04:31:37","slug":"sore-scared","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/friesens.inkingmythinking.com\/?p=2399","title":{"rendered":"Sore &#038; Scared"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sore&#8230; So, I got on the exercise bandwagon and did a really intense leg workout yesterday.\u00a0 And boy am I sore today.\u00a0 So sore that I seriously entertained the idea of just staying in bed all day.\u00a0 But it&#8217;s a good sore, and I&#8217;m glad I&#8217;m starting again.\u00a0 Even if it kills right now.<\/p>\n<p>Scared&#8230; Chloe has developed an aversion to going to bed for the last couple of nights.\u00a0 She seems to be afraid of something, but we&#8217;re not sure what exactly.\u00a0 Perhaps shadows, perhaps an imaginary lion, perhaps noises outside or perhaps just the dark.\u00a0 Either way we&#8217;ll be trying to diffuse her fear for the next few nights&#8230;\u00a0 She is also having a hard time dealing with wearing a diaper at night.\u00a0 She doesn&#8217;t want to go potty in her diaper, but then if I let her get up to use the toilet, she keeps getting up every 30 min.\u00a0 So we make her stay in bed (or at least try to) but it&#8217;s making her stay awake WAY past her bedtime which is making her WAY crabby the next day&#8230; ugh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sore&#8230; So, I got on the exercise bandwagon and did a really intense leg workout yesterday.\u00a0 And boy am I sore today.\u00a0 So sore that I seriously entertained the idea of just staying in bed all day.\u00a0 But it&#8217;s a good sore, and I&#8217;m glad I&#8217;m starting again.\u00a0 Even if it kills right now.
