Nope.\u00a0 It’s more like the storm before the bigger storm.\u00a0 Today has been a whirlwind kind of day…<\/p>\n

— up way<\/span> too late last night getting things packed up to take to the U of M<\/p>\n

— discovered this morning that I don’t have Microsoft Publisher on my computer anymore, so my “quick print off a new sign for the front doors for contest” turned into a major ordeal and eventually ended in me having to drive out to the MMTA office so they could print it.\u00a0 And then it didn’t work there either… grr… it’s still a work in progress.<\/p>\n

— trying to get out the door in a hurry and Chloe couldn’t get to the bathroom in time and had a huge accident<\/p>\n

— already running late and then there is a car fire on 35W<\/p>\n

— a judge for tomorrow called and said she’s sick and can’t do it.\u00a0 Gah!<\/p>\n

— calling to find a new judge (on very short notice)<\/p>\n

— judge found<\/p>\n

— volunteers calling to say their sick too, and can’t be there this weekend.\u00a0 Gah!<\/p>\n

— trip to the U of M to hang signs and test more pianos I couldn’t get to last week.<\/p>\n

— now I’m home to teach for the evening.<\/p>\n

But you know what makes it all a little more bearable?\u00a0 A nice big caramel cooler from Caribou coffee. \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 Mmmmmmmm.\u00a0\u00a0 And a wonderful husband who cleaned up the house while I was gone this morning.\u00a0 Oh and an adorable daughter with delightfully curly hair.\u00a0 Yup, those things make it all better.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
