Today I’ve been thinking of my brother and sister-in-law a lot.\u00a0 I’m not sure why they’re on my mind… But they’ve had a whirlwind month with lots of transitions.\u00a0 They moved out of their house in Georgia and moved to Pennsylvania this week\/ she started her new job training last week \/ as far as I know he’s still looking for a job there and they had to give away their 3 (or was it 4?) cats and a dog before they made the big move.<\/p>\n

I found this picture posted by a friend of theirs and I just couldn’t resist stealing<\/span> sharing it with all of you. \u00a0 They’re all packed into the moving truck and just about ready to go (I would assume).<\/p>\n

Anyway, I think it’s adorable.<\/p>\n

In other news I had a delightful conversation with my sister today.\u00a0 She’s on a new eating plan that basically lets her only eat fruits and veggies (minus the really starchy ones) and a little bit of protein plus a few other things that I can’t remember right now.\u00a0 It’s not vegetarian but it’s definitely restrictive.\u00a0 Anyway we’ve had some wonderful conversations about new foods she’s been trying and liking (or not! a.k.a. eggplant).\u00a0 I’ve been inspired to try new veggies and discovered that I love her way of cooking zucchini with sauteed onions.\u00a0 I still need to try spaghetti squash… \u00a0 I’ll have to take a picture next time I make it.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
