JD's Dedication Lunch--26 people!<\/p><\/div>\n

We had the fantastic privilege of having Josiah dedicated at church on New Year’s Day.\u00a0 My family was still in town and all of Tim’s family was free and willing to come as well.\u00a0 That means it was the very first time that we’ve all<\/span> been together from both sides of our family.\u00a0 The only other time we would have been together was our wedding but our families weren’t complete yet (a.k.a. married–although I know Jen is still left… \ud83d\ude09 other than her, though, everyone else is married now.)<\/p>\n

It was beyond awesome<\/em><\/span> to have all of our family there.\u00a0 It brings me to tears.\u00a0 Being surrounded by loved ones is the best feeling in the world.\u00a0 And to have everyone there to share in Josiah’s dedication was the icing on the cake.\u00a0 Not that the dedication itself was anything special–it’s just words–but having our family there to support us was huge.<\/p>\n

I’ve been sitting here fumbling around, trying to find the right words to explain the incredible impact that morning had on us.\u00a0 Yet, I am at a loss for words.<\/p>\n

So, I want all of my family to know how much it meant to us.\u00a0 We love you all.\u00a0 We love that you care for our kids.\u00a0 And most of, all we love that you love God.\u00a0 What an awesome example to our kids.<\/p>\n
