Tonight we had the rare opportunity to head out for a kid-free evening.\u00a0 We decided to use a Christmas gift card and venture to Outback Steakhouse.\u00a0 We’ve only gone there one other time–it was actually in South Carolina when we went down for Kylene and Justin’s wedding back while I was still pregnant with Chloe–so it was fun to go again.<\/p>\n

The date itself was fantastic.<\/p>\n

Except<\/span> for having to wait standing next to the front door, freezing cold, and in horribly uncomfortable shoes I had not intended to be standing long in…. for 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seated.<\/p>\n

Needless to say, by the time we were seated I was just SO thankful to be in the warm restaurant and finally sitting down!\u00a0 Not to mention very hungry!<\/p>\n

So, we ate until stuffed and since we still had some $ left on the gift card, Tim let me order a dessert to go.\u00a0 I chose the cheesecake with a side of raspberry sauce.\u00a0 When I got to the car I laughed at the size of the cheesecake…<\/p>\n
