He hasn&#8217;t had anything to eat or drink for a day and a half, so he&#8217;s dehydrated. He&#8217;s been excessively lethargic and is pooping blood. They said they couldn&#8217;t diagnose him one way or the other with him being so dehydrated, so after the pump fluids back into him they&#8217;ll be able to figure out more. Unfortunately we are at a tough point having to balance a lot of variables: wanting to keep him around, knowing he&#8217;s getting older, already having lymphoma, money being tight and then batting with the whole &#8220;he&#8217;s just a dog&#8221; but also part of our family&#8230; They did say he has a fever so that would indicate an infection, but again we don&#8217;t know much.<\/p>\n<p>We said goodbye to him this morning just in case&#8230; \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tim took Dende to the emergency vet this morning and they are keeping him for the day at the pet hospital to monitor him.
