It’s official.\u00a0 We found a house to rent<\/span>. Just signed the papers this afternoon.<\/p>\n

They agreed on a monthly contract with a 2 month vacancy notice–which will work PERFECT for us since we need at least 45 days for our financing to clear if we buy a house.\u00a0 Plus, we can stay there as long as we need to.\u00a0 Plus they are fine with me teaching in the house still.\u00a0 PLUS they are fine with Dende, too.<\/p>\n

See, lots of really good things.<\/p>\n

I’m not terribly excited about the house itself–but beggars can’t be choosers, or however the saying goes.<\/p>\n

<\/a>It’s staying on the market to sell, so we’ll have to have showings–but we’re pretty used to that by now.\u00a0 Yes, an inconvenience, but we can manage it.\u00a0 And don’t worry, they won’t kick us out if they get a buyer, we made sure of that.\u00a0 But we’re hoping to find something SOON, so everyone would win if it sold and we bought close to the same time…<\/p>\n

It’s officially ours starting now, so I plan to head over there as soon as the kids wake up from their naps to start cleaning.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
