the Beast&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/amadeusacademy.com\/family\/?attachment_id=7866\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7866\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7866\" alt=\"beauty and the beast\" src=\"http:\/\/amadeusacademy.com\/family\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/beauty-and-the-beast.jpg\" width=\"374\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"http:\/\/friesens.inkingmythinking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/beauty-and-the-beast.jpg 623w, http:\/\/friesens.inkingmythinking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/beauty-and-the-beast-194x300.jpg 194w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 374px) 100vw, 374px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It was based on the book and not the Disney version (so there was no Belle in a Yellow Dress).\u00a0 I don&#8217;t know if I&#8217;ve ever been to a real ballet before.\u00a0 A couple years back Chloe and I went to a Minnesota Orchestra Ballet thing, but that was a series of songs and didn&#8217;t really have a plot line like this one did.\u00a0 So, I must say&#8211;it was fantastic!\u00a0\u00a0 They have such poise and grace and strength.\u00a0 And the music was designed and composed just for this and it was just spectacular.\u00a0 I admit my eyes did well up twice just because I was moved with the beauty of the music\/dancing.\u00a0 But I&#8217;m a bit of a softie these days&#8230; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Oh, and I have two students that were actually in the ballet as well&#8211;isn&#8217;t that cool too?\u00a0 In fact, that&#8217;s how I heard about it.\u00a0 My student brought me a flyer and invited me to come.\u00a0 Then the other family approached me to ask if I would be interested in going to the dress rehearsal (which was this morning) because they had another home-school family back out.\u00a0 Chloe and I jumped at the opportunity!\u00a0 Well, actually it was me that jumped at it and decided that Chloe would love it to.\u00a0 Josiah, on the other hand, was dropped off at a friends house.\u00a0 There was no way he was going to make it through an hour and a half of music and dancing and quiet.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I had a great time.\u00a0 Chloe thought it was AWESOME as well.\u00a0 And Josiah had the time of his life making a mess at someone else&#8217;s house.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This morning Chloe and I went to a Ballet.\u00a0 They performed Beauty &amp;
