I’m slowly trying to get ready for our first annual “Fritz 5K” at our family reunion at the end of August.\u00a0 I admit I’ve been a bit lax (okay VERY lax) about running lately.\u00a0 So, now I’m trying to get back into the routine of trying to run again.\u00a0 It’s slow progress but I’m getting there…<\/p>\n

I’ve also decided, in order to encourage myself along, that I’m going to sign up for another 5K in town.\u00a0 It’s called “Boots & Boas” Doesn’t that sound fun?\u00a0 In fact rumor has it they give you a boa at the end.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 I figure any kind of motivation is motivation, right?<\/p>\n
