Well, we had a wonderful time visiting Shannon yesterday.\u00a0 And it wasn’t as chaotic as I thought it would be.\u00a0 Maddie slept most of the time, and Shannon’s little Sam had a 4 hour nap in the afternoon, which meant it was really just like having the 4 kids again.<\/p>\n

They have a couple big fruit trees in their yard (pear and apple) so we spent a little time cleaning up a ton of fruit that had been chewed on by a rouge squirrel and tossed half-haphazardly to the ground<\/del> fallen off.\u00a0 And since the area was fruit free, Shannon jumped on the opportunity to mow it quick.\u00a0 That’s true friendship, folks.\u00a0 Picking up rotten fruit and mowing the lawn.\u00a0 I love it.\u00a0 No, seriously, I do love it.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

We filled two bags worth of fruit. That bag is FILLED–It actually ripped as I was carrying it… That’s my little toy shovel to help pick up the really rotten fruit.\u00a0 I’m a bit of a pansy apparently.\u00a0 I don’t like the feeling of my fingers sinking into soft rotting fruit.\u00a0 Haha! \u00a0 (Sorry the picture it blurry. Chloe took it)<\/p><\/div>\n

Shannon took some amazing pictures while we were there.\u00a0 She posted them on Facebook too, so you might have already seen them, but they are just too cute not to post again.\u00a0 I’ll post the complete picture of the 6 kids together later.\u00a0 That one deserves its own post.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
