I’ve got the cookie trays assembled, the punch supplies sitting by the door, the cover contest board ready, I’ve done a walk through of the recital location to make sure I’ve figured everything out logistically, gift bags packaged and labeled, and I’m printing programs as I type this.

I told Chloe this morning as we were getting ready for school that the recital was tomorrow and she couldn’t believe it. She said, “What?! It’s TOMORROW?!” She knew it was coming up, but this week sure has flown by faster than she was expecting… And boy has it flown by! I feel like I should have at least another day to get things ready. Oh, well. It will all work out in the end. It always does. 🙂

That is a really lovely photograph! Good luck with everything this weekend. I’m sure it will all be delightful. I scheduled mine for the week between Christmas and New Year’s, when people are not quite so busy. We are having it at the senior center right after lunch on Tuesday, the 30th. But first, two more days of group lessons on Monday and Tuesday. Then off until after school starts again next year!
