Today I was super motivated to get a ton of stuff accomplished.  And I feel great.  Well actually, I feel tired.  Tired, but happy.  Some of the highlights of today’s productivity include:

Storing away the high chair / finally cleaning out the closet / packing away 4 boxes of clothes that Chloe outgrew / vacuuming the cobwebs upstairs / Cleaning both bathrooms / Starting to figure out Quickbooks to use for my studio / re-organizing Chloe’s toys downstairs since I have extra room with the high chair now! / cleaning off the fingerprints from our curio–I didn’t realize it was so dirty…

I’m a little overwhelmed with the Quickbooks thing right now.  I know it’s time for me to start taking my studio stuff onto the computer, but I’m just so happy with the “good ol’ way of doing things” and not a huge fan of change.  So, even though this may be a painstakingly slow transition for me, I know in the long run it will make everything run smoother.  And with so many students I really need to have things run smoother!  Luckily I’m working on this transition over the summer so I have more time to tweak things.

Slim-in-6 Update:

Week 5 temporary hiatus.   I took a week off.  Not the best way to loose weight, I know… I did work out a few days so it wasn’t a total loss, but I didn’t really stick to anything else.  Chloe is not taking her morning nap anymore which takes away my morning exercise time, which isn’t a huge deal, but I have to figure out my day differently than I’m used to and it’s throwing me off.  Plus I started teaching which make it hard to get a workout in on Tuesday or Wednesday.  I need to plan my days better, but last week was the first week on my new schedule so now I know what to expect.  Anyway, all that to say… nothing to report.
