Lo and behold, it’s Monday again. I feel like it was just Monday yesterday.
Actually, of all the days, I don’t mind Monday so much. It’s one of very few days lately that I don’t have to leave the house. It’s also cleaning day, so by the time I start teaching I feel pretty good about how nice the house looks. Granted, it might be a bit chaotic through the morning and early afternoon getting everything I need to get done completed, but somehow I always make it through. Plus, I just have to get it done, since I won’t have any free time for the next three days. It’s amazing what I can get accomplished when push comes to shove. 🙂
Today I made pulled BBQ pork in the crock pot. It was wonderful to have the house smelling so good all day. Plus it turned out really moist and yummy…
So, what do you buy as far as meat when you want to make pulled pork?
We use a boneless pork shoulder–or maybe it’s called a boneless pork roast… I can’t remember exactly. The key is that it’s boneless so it’s easier to “shred” at the end. 🙂
