We had our first buyer walk through on Tuesday. It was actually a client of our own real estate agent so she brought them through before we’ve actually listed the house. The stucco still needs to be repaired before we list. In fact that was supposed to happen today–but I guess the 4 inches of snow that we got this morning put the brakes on that! (And as an aside, Tim was also supposed to start back to work today as well… haha!)
The house wasn’t right for the buyers–he was too tall! Isn’t that funny? It makes sense though, since our house has short ceilings and angled ceilings upstairs… It was a problem we didn’t foresee!
Remember to keep telling yourself that you don’t need everyone to like it – you just need one family to love it! And there will be someone who absolutely loves it because you’ve fixed it up really nice and you loved it until your family got too big.
