I was sad to see my beautiful green paint covered up, but all for the sake of a sale, right? 😉
BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS:
Stager Suggestions:
- paint a neutral color
- buy dark “show” towels
- install new floor (that we showed her we were planning to put in)

Actual work done:

- installed new threshold connector
- painted door
- replaced shower surround (back in December)
Well, it looks nice, but I actually would have preferred it with just new flooring and green walls. I think they were pretty neutral. It wasn’t a loud green and green is very peaceful and natural looking, which pairs well with water. Just my opinion, though. But, if neutral is what she’s looking for, it sure is neutral. Replacing the floor made a HUGE difference, though, so that work was worth it!
Maybe I take back what I said. On my work computer, the green comes out a lot darker, so changing to something lighter probably was better. On the home computer it looks much lighter.
Yeah–I really thought the green was nice too… especially with the new floor. But like you said, neutral was the aim of the game, and that was definitely accomplished. 🙂
