The inspection is done and now we wait to see what’s in store for this old house. I talked briefly with the home inspector and he said the big issues he could see right off the bat were the cracks in the stucco (which we already knew about) and the shingles on the garage (which we also already knew about). The shingles are pretty ratty and warped, but it hasn’t created any leaking that we know of. I guess we’ll wait and see if those things are a big deal to the buyer.

Not often the deal falls through for little things like that, particularly things that are so obvious that the buyer could see them (had he looked, of course.)I’m sure he knows how old the house is, so would expect some wear and tear!
Well, still no word? Seems they would have told you by now if the deal wasn’t going to go through. Right?
