Tim saw this idea online a few weeks ago and wanted to try it. It was surprisingly easy and quite tasty–although I think I still prefer to eat bacon just as bacon… 🙂
Also, having never eaten real sushi I don’t have anything to compare it to. But what’s not to like? Bacon = good. Meat = good. BBQ sauce = good. Cheese = good. Crumbled chips = good!

What method of cooking and for how long did it get cooked? It does look good!
He baked it at 350 degrees for 30 min. then coated it with BBQ sauce, cooked another 5 min. (and repeated that step 3-4 times)
