So it turns out that it was a snowy December.  In fact it was so snowy here in the cities that we broke the record.  We had 33.4 inches of snow in one month.  🙂  Yup, that’s a lot of snow.   The previous record was 33.2 so we didn’t beat it by much… but we still beat it.  In fact, I would venture to say that in Shakopee we beat it by A LOT since we got more here the last big snow storm than they got at the airport where the official totals are counted.

It was warm here a few days ago and rained quite a bit–which condensed the snow down a least a foot.  It’s nice to be able to see over most snowbanks again.

In other news we’re having our Fritz Christmas tomorrow and I’m very excited.   Chloe is also very excited to open more presents… 🙂  oh, and see people too, but she might be more excited about the presents.

I cleaned the carpets in my studio and the living room this week.  It’s nice to know the floor is cleaner.  I discovered that I was using our carpet cleaner a little wrong after I did the studio… so I’ll have to do it again over spring break.  Whoops.  haha!  But it’s definitely cleaner anyway.
