Today marks one year of daily posts.

Last January I decided it would be fun to try and post something every day, so I set my mind to it, and I did it!  I must admit there were a good handful of days in there that I had pretty pathetic posts just to reach my quota, but I never said I was perfect.  There was even a night when I was tucked in bed (and had been asleep even!) when I woke up suddenly and rushed downstairs because I realized I had forgotten to write anything that day…  which I know sounds insane, but I had made it so far in the year that I didn’t want to ruin my record!

So, now I’ve done it.  And it makes me wonder if I’ll keep on posting every day.  I think I probably will, just because I’m finally in the habit now, but maybe I won’t be as melodramitic if I’m tucked in bed and realize I haven’t posted…  🙂

I was surprised how hard it was sometimes to come up with things to say every single day.  It turns out my life isn’t as exciting as I once thought it to be… ha!

Oh, and hey, tomorrow’s Saturday everyone!  Safe travel wishes to my parents who are heading down to Georgia and South Carolina!!! (Hopefully you’ll find warmer weather… 🙂 )
