I had another checkup this morning. Everything appears to be peachy-keen. She said I’m measuring right where I should be and the heart sounds nice and healthy (as much as you can tell with the little Doppler machines…) She also commented at how stretched out he seems to be, which I was noticing as well this week–he’s kicking and poking at the same time on opposite sides of my belly these days. It’s kind of funny. It was raining early this morning so Tim kept Chloe home while I went to my appointment which was nice.
Tomorrow evening is the Honor’s Concert, which is the final concert for all of the students who won at the State Piano Finals. I have three students participating (I actually had 4 but one had to pull out because of schedule conflicts). It’s going to be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center. So… I’m freaking out. I HATE driving downtown. Especially to a place where I’ve never been… I just spent the last 30 min. mapquesting it and zooming in so I could see what every street looks like so I’m more prepared. Ugh! I’ll let you know how it goes!
At least with your new fancy shmancy phone you can use GPS to help guide you 🙂
I love that stage when you can actually see your whole belly move. It’s really incredible! You must be almost as far along as I was when I had Ethan. You’re getting close to the end and you’ll be able to hold your baby and settle in as a family of four. It will be an exciting summer!
