Learning to do her own hair

Messy hair but so much cuteness...

Chloe has entered the new phase of wanting to “do her own hair.”  This usually means brushing/combing it and putting in a headband.  Unfortunately the brushing tends to only work well on one side of her head where she can reach, and she has trouble catching enough of her hair in the headband, then she sometimes pushes the headband too far back… all to say, she looks a little disheveled lately.  And yet, I know she has to start learning sometime.  She is still pretty young to actually be able to do much with her hair, but I like that she is experimenting.  I’ve always enjoyed playing with hair, so I’m sure she’s picked up on that.  I’m curious if this is just a phase that she’ll soon grow out of.  I guess time will tell.
